Optimized Regeneration Control (ORC)
Our ORC that’s currently an optional system upgrade is a critical step towards building a fully automatic system requiring only that the operator replenish regeneration chemistry, by automatically adjusting chemical feed by measuring regenerant conductivity not to mention reducing waste by 20% through recovering regeneration rinse water based on uS.
Partnership with Rockwell Automation
For more than a decade, we’ve employed the advanced technology and proven reliability of Rockwell Automation to control and monitor our systems, as a OEM Silver Level Partner. WI integrates Rockwell’s automation solutions across every aspect of our systems — ensuring precise control, scalability, and dependability in demanding industrial environments.
Water Recycling Feasibility & Return on Investment
With our water recycling systems that produce DI water with 95% recovery at an operating cost in the range of $5 per 1,000-gallons, the return on investment will be less than two years if consuming 2,000 gallons per day, compared to the typical alternative of purchasing city water for deionization by portable exchange resin them chemically treating it as wastewater prior to sewer discharge
Highlighting Success With GF
Water Innovations partnership with Georg Fischer Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions, whose Signet measurement and control system and Piping Systems have been the cornerstone of our systems since we began engineering & manufacturing them 20 years ago and further expanded recently as the GF Irvine facility began final assembly of our WI-RIX systems.
Water Recycling at U.S. Circuit
According to TJ Sojitra, one of the owners of US Circuit, the HFX55d water recycling and wastewater treatment system Steven Ward of Water Innovations installed at US Circuit’s newly-built Escondido printed circuit board manufacturing facility in 2005, has exceeded his expectations. It has provided substantial costs savings by recycling 65% of rinsewater or 290-million gallons over 14-years instead of discharging it to sewer while significantly reducing waste treatment costs.
