Our Final Neutralization System is a highly-automated system scalable by components size to treat up to 100 gallons per minute, either stand alone or integrated with our ion exchange & waste treatment systems. Designed based on our years of experience with a variety of metal-bearing wastewater. The single reaction tank with mixer, pH & level sensors, and H2SO4 & NaOH pumps ensures required reaction time for neutralization to meet regulator pH discharge limits.
The treatment process and pH Neutralization system components can be manually controlled by an operator for each process step, or highly-automated by the programmable automation controller executing operator-adjustable treatment set-points through a touch screen also providing electronic data-logging and archiving for regulatory compliance.
