Treatment of Cyanide Bearing Wastewaters
Our Cyanide Oxidation System is a highly-automated system scalable by components size to treat up to 50 gallons per minute, either stand alone or integrated with our ion exchange & specialized treatment systems. Designed based on our years of experience with a variety of metal-bearing wastewater. Two double-wall reaction tanks with mixers, pH & ORP sensors, and H2SO4 NaOH & bleach feed pumps ensures required reaction time for complete cyanide oxidation.
The treatment process and system components can be manually controlled by an operator for each process step, or highly-automated by the programmable automation controller executing operator-adjustable treatment set-points through a touch screen also providing electronic data-logging and archiving for regulatory compliance.
